Good hospitality from the team. The hotel is very well maintained and clean especially the rooms, restaurant and public areas. Great restaurant and bar service from the staff. Breakfast is decent and love the laksa noodle, authentic. Bar is very cozy with live soccer. Clean and spacious swimming pool. Friendly recreation staff. Spacious parking just behind the hotel and nearby chinatown. Value for money and highly recommended for family with children.

Very well managed hotel with great hospitality from the team. Walking distance to Jonker Street as the location is superb! The hotel staff are very helpful in helping us on all the tourism spots. Great Hotel lobby and entrance with fresh air ventilation and air-conditioning. The hotel rooms are very new and modern - comfortable beds and sofas - peaceful sleep. Amenities are quality ones, upon request and prompt delivered by the friendly housekeeping boy. Restaurant serve great hi buffet - taste good and affordable price. Breakfast prices are fair and recommend to purchase a day earlier at the counter. Dining ambience is good - cozy and clean. The restaurant staff recommended us to join the thomas cup live - very cheerful and responsive staff. Great weather and truly enjoyable swimming pool! The life guard is very committed in taking care of the children.

Fantastic staycation. Our family truly enjoyed the gym & swimming pool. The wellness and leisure facilities are well maintained with new upgrades especially the playground and umbrellas. Other facilities like prayer rooms, baby changing set, drinking water and etc really impressed us on the cleanliness. Great hospitality upon check in & out. Rooms are satisfactory in sizes, comfortable with quality amenities. The food and drink menus are fair and affordable. Great breakfast buffet selections and the hi tea as well, excellent. The restaurant and bar staff are cheerful and attentive. They are good in product knowledge and thank you so much on the ideas on tourism spots. Very organized hotel with great maintenance and cleanliness.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel are good. Great hospitality from the front desk upon check in. The rooms are comfortabvle. WIFI and room amenities are good. The bathroom and shower in very good condition. Air-conditioning is superb with cooling temperature. Restaurant & bar service are excellent with well trained staff - very professional and knowleageble. Dining experience is good with great breakfast buffet and ala-carte menus. The bar is great with live sports channels with great ambience. Beers are affordable. Public health is good with sanitizers placed at counters. Swimming pool and gym as well, clean and in very good condition. Friendly recreation staff and active in taking care of the children at the pool.

Very new and trendy hotel.Smooth Check in. The Maintenace and cleanliness are good. Facilities Like gym, swimming pool and bar are very well taken care of. Rooms are clean and cozy with great wifi. The bathroom and shower are clean. Good eco friendly ameniities. Great breakfast buffet. Food Outlets Staff are very helpful and professional. Security team are friendly.
